It’s Time Waterbury (ITW) is a brass-roots community collaborative that firmly believes in Waterbury and its residents. We take a positive approach to Waterbury and come with deep appreciation for the City’s many beautiful parks, public infrastructure, and neighborhoods full of joy and community.

While we know that there are many concerns, problems, and inequities in the City, we acknowledge that it is our friends and neighbors who are burdened, and we maintain their humanity above their circumstances.
